hummux 1999 “THE GRID: Fundamentals of Arthur Young’s Theory Of Process”

The Tesla Society, 1999, San Francisco, CA
hummux, a PhD physicist, is a long time student and teacher of Arthur Young’s Theories. In this Tesla Society lecture, he continues his lucid exposition of Arthur Young’s Theory Of Process begun in his 1994 lecture at the Institute for the Study of Consciousness: “The Esselen 4-Color Mandala and the Theory Of Process.” This lecture, with lots of Viewgraphs, builds on the pioneering work of Arthur Young and Frank Barr at the Institute for the Study of Consciousness and was presented in San Francisco in 1999.

Further information can be found in “Mending the Sacred Hoop - Integrating the Theory of Process with Native American Mythology” by Little Bear and hummux at http://www.arthuryoung.com/hummox.html. In addition, “The Theory of Evolutionary Process as a Unifying Paradigm” by Frank Barr, MD, on the web at http://www.arthuryoung.com/barr.html is a great companion to this video and contains a great deal of information and graphics on which this lecture is based.

Arthur Middleton Young (November 3, 1905 – May 30, 1995) was an American inventor, helicopter pioneer, cosmologist, philosopher, astrologer and author. He founded the "Institute for the Study of Consciousness" in Berkeley in 1972. Young advocated a process theory, which integrates the realm of human thought and experience with the realm of science so that the concept of universe is not limited to that which can be physically measured.
