|The film "Hidden Massacre" shows eyewitnesses and former U.S.
soldiers who took part in the Fallujah assault saying that white
phosphorus bombs were widely deployed in the city as a weapon. The U.S.
military deliberately targeted Iraqi civilians and children during the
Fallujah offensive as part of its campaign to exterminate opposition to
its occupation. The film provided evidence that incendiary bombs known
as Mark 77, a new, improved form of napalm was used in the Fallujah
attack, in violation of the U.N. Convention on Certain Conventional
The story began on March 31, 2004, when Iraqis ambushed a convoy containing American Blackwater contractors. The four armed mercenaries were dragged from their vehicles and killed and burned. Their charred corpses were dragged through the city streets before being hung over a bridge crossing the Euphrates River now called Blackwater Bridge.
Humiliated and outraged, the US military retaliated in operation "Phantom Fury", surrounding and essentially leveling the city in November 2004. To punish Fallujah, 10,000 buildings were destroyed including 60 of the 200 Mosques in the City of Mosques and 100,000 people displaced.
There is a brief collection of "Trophy Videos" showing wanton destruction by rogue military. And then follows the documentary, "Poison Dust" about U.S. soldiers returning from Iraq who had been exposed to radioactive dust when artillery shells and bullets containing depleted uranium (DU) are fired. Many suffer mysterious illnesses and have children with birth defects or born dead.
